Individual Freediving Courses at SeaSpace

If you don’t have a whole week to participate in the SeaSpace week or if you just want to learn the basic skills of freediving and get certified then you can do individual Molchanovs & AIDA freediving courses with us anytime between June and November.

About Molchanovs

At SeaSpace we are certified AIDA & Molchanovs instructors and can certify you in both systems. Molchanovs is our favorite.
The Molchanovs Freediving Education System is the most modern and comprehensive freediving system to date. The Molchanovs Freediving Education will teach you freediving, from the basics of breath-hold and water skills through to an elite competition freediver. There are four open water course levels, each of which is known as a Wave. All levels are also available as Lap courses. Lap courses cover the same theory and pool requirements as the corresponding Wave course but do not include open water depth sessions.

Molchanovs – Wave 1 – Beginner Freediving

The Wave 1 freediver course is the foundation freediving course covering the necessary skills and knowledge for recreational freedivers to safely freedive with or without a line.
You will be introduced to four freediving disciplines : static apnea, dynamic apnea, free immersion and constant weight. The course will follow your abilities and it is not a competitive course.
Enjoyment is the most important point for us. We will first start in confined water and then explore the beautiful Adriatic Sea for depth sessions.
