Freediving Course

Freediving retreats and courses have been on the rise in recent years, especially since Netflix released “The deepest breath” and “No limits”, both captivating movies about one of the fastest growing sports: Freediving, the art of holding your breath while diving into the depth of the ocean. At SeaSpace, we offer two distinct ways to immerse yourself in the world of freediving and personal transformation: our signature SeaSpace Week freediving retreat and our 3-day Molchanov courses. Each option caters to different preferences and objectives, providing a unique experience tailored to your needs.

During our 6-day/7-night freediving retreat, everything is arranged for you, ensuring a worry-free experience from start to finish.

Our retreat is an all-inclusive package where you can fully immerse yourself in the world of freediving at SeaSpace in a small group of maximum 8 people. Accommodation entails a luxurious stay in a single or dorm style room, complemented by delicious healthy meals and snacks, throughout the week. Moreover, participants have ample opportunities to connect with fellow retreat-goers, and engage in various  activities such as breathwork exercises, yoga, workouts and outdoor adventures, all under the expert guidance of our instructors. Additionally, ample time is allocated for relaxation, allowing you to unwind and appreciate the stunning surroundings of the Luštica peninsula in Montenegro and the incredible view from our roof top.

Freediving courses

The main difference between a freediving course and a retreat is that during a course you’re responsible for arranging your own food and accommodation. The Wave 1 and Wave 2 course last 3 days and sessions begin promptly at 8:30 AM, while the goes training until around 11 AM. This condensed format ensures concentrated learning and skill development within a shorter timeframe. Throughout the course, we conduct three theory sessions on the rooftop and three water sessions in the SeaSpace bay. There will be no yoga retreat or breathwork sessions during a freediving course. Past participants rented accommodation close to SeaSpace in the near by village “RT Veslo” which is a short 5 minute walk away.
