The SeaSpace Week

What is the SeaSpace Week?

The SeaSpace Week stands as the essence of what we do, it’s a transformative 6-day/7-night journey, delving into the depths of freediving and breathwork while living in a beautiful house right next to the Adriatic Sea.

Check out this video to get an idea:

How does a typical day look like?

In the morning, we gather on the rooftop for a breathing and stretching session, followed by some freediving skills instruction. After that, we assemble our gear and head down to the SeaSpace bay, entering the water for breath hold, dynamic, and depth sessions.

Usually, you’ll be back at the house around noon. After a refreshing shower, you will be treated to a buffet lunch. After lunch, you’ll have time to rest, and in the afternoon, we’ll gather on the rooftop again for more theory classes and optional yoga, breathing, or workout sessions. This is followed by a group dinner on the rooftop at sunset.

In the middle of the week, you’ll have a day off, which you can use to explore the beautiful coastal town of Herceg Novi or go on an adventurous kayak or fortification tour.

What will you learn?

During the SeaSpace week you will learn all content of the Wave 1 Molchanov freediving course.
Additionally you’ll learn a lot about yourself, about your body, about breathing and what happens when you hold your breath. You’ll learn techniques how to quiet your mind to be more relaxed before a dive, skills easily translatable to stressful situations in your daily life.

Will you fit in if you come on your own?

Absolutely! Most participants of the SeaSpace week come alone.  The course is designed for individual growth so coming alone is encouraged. The groups are small (3-8 people) plus our teachers so you will make friends and fit right in. Meals are communal, activities are with the other guests and you’ll have time for yourself.

Is it OK to come without any freediving experience?

Absolutely! The SeaSpace Week is designed foe absolute beginners and most participants have no formal freediving experience. All that matters is that you would like to learn and each of the questions in this medical document is a “no” for you.

What is the price of the SeaSpace week?

An all inclusive experience with no hidden costs comes for a total price of 1199€, you will not spend a single € more than that. For a price breakdown please visit our pricing page.
