I recently wrapped up an incredible SeaSpace Week in Montenegro. Our group, consisting of 6 students and two skilled instructors, immersed ourselves in a blend of theory, practical sessions, and breathtaking dives. Whether you're a novice seeking a starting point or someone experienced wanting to delve deeper, SeaSpace offers the perfect setting.
The week unfolded with theory sessions, pool practices for breath-holding, and then, the highlight – daily visits to the stunning dive sites on the Lustica Peninsula. With warm, crystal-clear waters, it's an ideal backdrop for any freediving adventure. As someone with prior experience, I appreciated how Fabian tailored instructions to enhance my breath-holding and duck diving techniques.
Fresh local cuisine, explorations of ancient fortifications, a mid-week day off to kayak along the coastline, visit blue caves, and enjoy cliff views into the Adriatic Sea, made it an unforgettable experience. Shared meals at waterfront restaurants and a BBQ at Fabian’s residence allowed us to connect with the local community.
Under the guidance of Fabian and Bruno, we achieved remarkable progress in a short time. The week integrated movement, yoga, and breathwork sessions and by the end of the week, all 6 participants, now fitter and tanner, met the Molchanovs course qualifications. I'm already planning my return next summer for another SeaSpace week!
