SeaSpace is located on the Luštica peninsula in Montenegro. Lustica offers a retreat to beautiful beaches and serene countryside adorned with dense pine woods and olive plantations. It is embraced by the deep blue waters of the Adriatic Sea and the renowned Boka-Kotorska fjord. This 250-hectare peninsula is a haven for natural flora and fauna, featuring 35km of coastline that encompasses diverse landscapes – from salt flats and bird sanctuaries to charming seaside spots, stone villages, and churches along with small beaches.
Notable attractions include the semi-submerged Blue Cave (a quick 15 minute kayak ride away from SeaSpace), the fortress island of Mamula, the island monastery of Gospod Zanjic, and the nearby sea fortification of Arza. The surrounding winding roads offer breathtaking views of the sea coast and fjords.
Strategically situated between Dubrovnik (accessible in 1.5 hours) and Tivat (a mere 30-minute drive) airports, Lustica provides convenient access to the historic citadel of Kotor and the contemporary Mediterranean charm of Porto Montenegro, both within easy reach from Lustica.
