The SeaSpace Week

What is the SeaSpace Week?

The SeaSpace Week stands as the essence of what we do, it’s a transformative 6-day/7-night journey, delving into the depths of freediving and breathwork while living in a beautiful house right next to the Adriatic Sea.

Check out this video to get an idea:

How does a typical day look like?

We gather every morning at 9am on the SeaSpace rooftop for freediving theory & breathing or stretching sessions. After that, we assemble our gear and head down to the SeaSpace bay, entering the water for breath hold, dynamic, and depth sessions.

Usually, you’ll be back at the house between 1pm -1:30pm. After a refreshing shower, you will be treated to a buffet lunch. After lunch, you’ll have time to rest. We offer an optional workout sessions every evening, followed by a group dinner on the rooftop at sunset.

In the middle of the week (on day #4 of the SeaSpace week), you’ll have a day off, which you can use to explore the beautiful coastal town of Herceg Novi or go on an a kayak trip.

What will you learn?

During the SeaSpace week you will learn all content of the Wave 1 Molchanov freediving course.
Additionally you’ll learn a lot about yourself, about your body, about breathing and what happens when you hold your breath. You’ll learn techniques how to quiet your mind to be more relaxed before a dive, skills easily translatable to stressful situations in your daily life.

Will you fit in if you come on your own?

Absolutely! Most participants of the SeaSpace week come alone.  The course is designed for individual growth so coming alone is encouraged. The groups are small (3-8 people) plus our teachers so you will make friends and fit right in. Meals are communal, activities are with the other guests and you’ll have time for yourself.

Is it OK to come without any freediving experience?

Absolutely! The SeaSpace Week is designed foe absolute beginners and most participants have no formal freediving experience. All that matters is that you would like to learn and each of the questions in this medical document is a “no” for you.

What is the price of the SeaSpace week?

An all inclusive experience with no hidden costs comes for a total price of 1340€, you will not spend a single € more than that. For a price breakdown please visit our pricing page.

The price of the service you will take in the future will adjust accordingly. Prices are subject to change. To reschedule, contact us! If your cancellation is less than 8 weeks before the start of the event you will loose the deposit. If your cancellation is less than 4 weeks before the start of the event you will still need to pay the full amount of the retreat. An exemption can be made if you find someone to replace you. If we need to postpone an event

In the case that we need to postpone a retreat due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control we will offer dates for you to join us in the future. Furthermore, we reserve the right to cancel an event if the minimum number of bookings cannot be met (3 guests per freediving retreat, unless stated otherwise). Should this happen you can then either choose to accept an alternate freediving retreat or a total refund.
